Horizon Consulting Services, LLC provides comprehensive civil and environmental engineering services for environmental investigations associated with purchase and sale of industrial and large commercial operating units. Experienced staff members actively participate on behalf of the client to formulate material delivery, handling, and disposal practices. In addition, environmental permits are reviewed to determine status with respect to plant operations and current regulations.

When necessary, new policies and procedures are developed and plant staff is trained in their implementation. New or revised disposal practices also are developed for consistency with state and federal regulations. Environmental site investigations are undertaken, if necessary, to characterize site conditions related to historic site uses and reported releases of hazardous materials. In addition, reports are prepared as part of purchase and sales agreements for full disclosure of environmental conditions and past practices.
