Horizon Consulting Services, LLC provides comprehensive Licensed Site Professional (LSP) services to address releases of oil and/or hazardous materials. Detailed site investigations evaluate air, soil, groundwater, and surface water in accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). Investigations are structured to characterize site conditions and to evaluate risks to human health and the environment.

Enhanced LSP services are provided on an emergency basis when sudden or substantial release conditions are caused by failures in underground storage tank systems or by highway accidents involving bulk storage transport vehicles. Staff and equipment are rapidly dispatched to contain, recover, and assess response actions. Follow-up services include disposal of remediation waste and assessment of site conditions necessary for more comprehensive remedial actions.
