Horizon Consulting Services, LLC provides comprehensive civil and environmental engineering services for land development activities prior to construction on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Services include preliminary assessment of multiple-development sites to establish budget costs for design and construction of utility infrastructure, roadways, and parking areas. Once site selection is complete, our staff assists clients with preparation of preliminary engineering design plans and permitting documentation.

Final design plans and technical specifications for utilities and site work improvements are prepared and incorporated into architectural design documents for bid solicitation. Support is provided to clients during bidding and construction phases of construction contracts, including field observation services for monitoring contractor’s conformance with specifications.
