Horizon Consulting Services, LLC provides comprehensive civil and environmental engineering services related to water resources and water supply. Services include comprehensive planning for new systems and/or improvements to existing systems for flow, pressure, and/or distribution modifications. Water system modeling services assess pressure re-distribution requirements. Our expertise also is useful to identify and reduce lost water due to distribution system leaks.
